Dr. Jordan Shettle | PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, Cert. DN, CSCS | Founder and Owner
Jordan is the founder and CEO of Resilient Physiotherapy and Sports Performance. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Philosophy from Lycoming College and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University with an emphasis in sports rehabilitation and manual therapy.
During his time as a clinician, Jordan has had the opportunity to treat and aid in the recovery of countless athletes at the high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic levels. He also specializes in working with tactical athletes to include police, fire fighter, EMT, and military personnel with the unique fitness requirements needed to perform their duties at a high level.
Jordan is recognized as a board-certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS) as well as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jordan also holds specialties in Dry Needling (Cert. DN) through the Dry Needling Institute and has specialized training through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy’s Spinal Manipulation Institute. Additionally, Jordan is a certified provider of Functional Movement Systems Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Movement Screen, Y-Balance Test, and Fundamental Capacity Screen. He is also certified in cupping, taping, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) through Functional Movement Training.

Dr. Chris Stires has been practicing sports, orthopedic and performance physical therapy since graduating from Alvernia University in 2019.
Chris has advanced training and has earned certifications throughout his career in dry needling, trigger point manual therapy, concussion management and rehab, and in postural restoration. Chris has extensive experience working with all levels of athletes and active individuals. In particular, he specializes in and has worked with rotational athletes (golf, baseball/softball, racket sports), runners, fitness athletes (CrossFit and HYROX), tactical athletes, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and high school/college athletes.
Chris grew up as an athlete, playing baseball locally at Calvert Hall. He also has a personal passion for fitness, training, health and wellness that has also lead to him obtaining additional certifications in nutrition through Precision Nutrition, golf treatment and performance through Titleist Performance Institute, and working with HYROX athletes through HYROX’s level 1 certification for group instruction. He has also personally competed in several natural physique competitions, HYROX, and running events. He enjoys programming his own nutrition and training to perform as a hybrid athlete and enjoys helping others on their own journey for maximizing their performance, health and longevity.
